Amber Gregory

Amber Gregory has worked with E-Rate since 2010, as the Coordinator of E-Rate Services at theArkansas State Library, where she helps public libraries navigate the program.  Amber is also currently a member of the American Library Association’s E-Rate Task Force.  When not working on E-Rate, Amber enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.

Emily started her career at CNN as an “Information Wrangler.” Yes, that was the real title. And it was apt, because that’s what she’s been doing ever since. After CNN, she worked at Emory University as a systems librarian and then at the Atlanta Journal-Constitution as an archive manager and a project manager for She started at the Georgia Public Library Service as a Software Development Project Manager and is currently the Director of IT. Emily holds a B.S. in Journalism from Kennesaw State University and a MLIS from Florida State University.

Crystal is a librarian and trainer with a passion for program design and digital literacy. She has worked on training projects with the Colorado State Library, Infopeople, the Urban Libraries Council, and the Public Library Association. In addition to her work at TechSoup, she is the founder of Kixal, where she creates transformative training experiences for libraries and nonprofits.
